Chakras are vital energy centers in the body which deal with the various physical, emotional and intellectual activities of the body and mind. The chakras also have the ability to take us beyond the normal strata of consciousness, into a strata of self-knowledge. This can be accomplished by proper meditation on the chakras and awakening their energies. In this workshop we explore the Chakras their powers and how to awaken them through proper meditation techniques.
